Luxury at Lake Como’s Edge
This gorgeous venue is for formal events like New Year’s Eve, Christmas and Thanksgiving as well as weddings; five-course, wine pairings; and Friday and Saturday dinner features. A private beachside dining room provides intimate seating around a fireplace and has French doors that open to the beach and Lake Como.
Internationally renowned Juan Montoya, recognized as one of Architectural Digest’s 100-best interior designers, was responsible for the interior design of the Beach Clubhouse. A spectacular custom-designed chandelier hand blown in London is the focal point of the living room with the flooring in a hand-finished American walnut chevron pattern. The chairs around the coffee table were designed by Juan Montoya and the curio cabinet, console tables and sofas are from Ralph Lauren Home.
Entrance + Living Room
As you walk through dramatic entrance doors, you enter the elegant living room and adjoining library. Then proceed to the dining room to enjoy gourmet dining indoors or under the stars. There is also an indoor/outdoor lounge with a wine room, billiard room, card room, theater, and a business center. A private “beachside” dining room provides intimate seating around a fireplace with French doors that open up to the beach and Lake Como.
Library
Take a seat in the intimate library and cozy up to a great book by the fireplace. Enjoy comfortable surroundings with seating around a lacquered, wooden Ralph Lauren table. There are a variety of best-selling books to choose from, and members can even reserve the room for themselves.
Dining
The elegant Beach Clubhouse is home to some of Miromar Lakes' top occasions, including the holiday events, wine-pairing dinners, galas, dinner and dancing, weddings and many special happenings. There's also nightly chef's dinner features and weekly dining, which includes Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster and Prime Rib.
Private Dining
With a fireplace, Peruvian pottery and the painting 'Vortex to Other Dimensions' by Danielle Felicie in the background, the Private Dining Room offers exclusive dinners prepared by Chef Julien for special occasions and it can also serve as a venue for corporate meetings. The unique dining table is hand-carved from one whole tree trunk. The dining room also has a seating area where you can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before dinner with French doors opening to the beach and lake.
Private Courtyard
With a beautiful Ficus Benjamina as the centerpiece, the charming Courtyard provides an unparalleled backdrop for intimate wedding ceremonies or gourmet affairs. Couples and friends also find this to be a wonderfully hidden gem with its Chicago Brick pavers, fountain, and adjacent Sculpture Garden.
Sculpture Garden
One of the more peaceful places at Miromar Lakes is the Zen Garden with the sculpture 'Dancing' by world-acclaimed Swiss sculptor Housi Knecht. This is the centerpiece of the Zen Garden, with manicured landscaping, Chicago brick pavers and benches to meditate on. The Sculpture Garden leads to the Miromar Lakes Theater.
Culinary Art
Enjoy sumptuous meals at one of Miromar Lakes’ three restaurants — Beach Clubhouse, Blue Water Beach Grill and the Golf Clubhouse Dining Room for golf members. Take in spectacular views of Lake Como and the private white-sand beach while Chef Julien and his staff serve you. The Beach Clubhouse offers fine gourmet dining indoors or under the stars. The Blue Water Beach Grill serves casual contemporary gourmet cuisine indoors or under the sun in a magnificently designed open-air pavilion along with Happy Hour, music, dancing and live entertainment right on the beach.
